Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Outrayo, provided by Ravinaro LLC-FZ ("Outrayo", "we"). By creating an account you accept them.

2. Your responsibilities (the important one)

• You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the outreach you send through Outrayo, including having a lawful basis for contacting each person (CAN-SPAM, PECR, GDPR/legitimate interest, CASL, or consent).
• You must complete the per-campaign jurisdiction attestation truthfully, honor opt-outs, and use the unsubscribe mechanisms we provide.
• Prohibited: spam, phishing, misleading headers/subjects, scraping LinkedIn or other platforms in violation of their terms via our tools, harassment, illegal content, and anything that would damage email ecosystem trust.
• We may suspend accounts whose sending generates complaint rates above 0.3%, bounces above reasonable thresholds, or abuse signals — your sending reputation is shared infrastructure.

3. Lead data

Outrayo discovers publicly available business information from the open web at your direction and provides evidence for each qualification. You are responsible for reviewing that data and your use of it. We are not a data broker; leads are discovered for you in real time and stored in your workspace only.

4. Subscriptions & credits

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew until canceled. Discovery credits meter metered operations (searches, pages, AI calls, verifications) and are consumed as you use the service; purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active. We may adjust credit costs with 30 days' notice.

5. Service level & changes

The service is provided "as is" during beta. We aim for high availability on Cloudflare's network but do not warrant uninterrupted operation during the beta period. We may modify features with notice; material adverse changes to paid plans come with 30 days' notice and a cancellation right.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages arising from messages you chose to send.
