Hailyo does the outbound, on your own domain.
It finds the companies, checks each address, writes from what their own website says, sends from your mailboxes at a pace your domain can take, and sorts the replies.

Wholesale for a second café?
Hi Maya, I saw on your wholesale page that you supply cafés across Lisbon1
every personal line points to the page it came from
Your last tool billed you for this.
Each of these has a mechanism here you can read for yourself: a status on every lead, a check on every email, one line whenever something stops.
- “Verified” emails that bounced anyway
- A domain that started landing in spam
- A search that quit halfway, with no reason
- Leads from countries you never asked for
- Credits that vanished at the end of the month
- A renewal charge you didn't see coming
Ask for a number. Get it, or hear why.
- Several ideas, one search.
- Type them together. Hailyo turns each into kinds of companies it can find, picks the sources itself and shows you the plan and the price before it spends anything.
- Your countries are a rule.
- A company that's clearly somewhere else is dropped, .com or not.
- It widens before it gives up.
- Nearby cities and similar businesses, in the background, charged only for what's delivered.
- Every lead lands under its offer.
- One list per offer, created for you, with a label for each lead's idea and source.
Some markets are small. When one truly runs out, you get one line saying so, and the option to add a country. We don't guarantee a number, because nobody honestly can.
94 of 120 leads

Widening to nearby cities. Still only Mexico and Brazil.

Every personal line has a source.
Hailyo researches each lead on their own public pages and keeps the page and the exact quote behind every fact. Drafts are written from those facts, and each personal line points back to the one it came from.

A personal line with no source is flagged. It's kept out of “Approve all safe”, so a person reads it before it can go.

See what your domain can send today.
A new mailbox starts at 12 a day and climbs by itself to 25, 40, then up to 50 while it stays healthy. Bounces or spam slow it down, and it recovers without you asking.
Settings shows what each mailbox can send today, the next increase and its date, and what's holding it back. Each day is filled in order: confirmed people, confirmed roles, then addresses printed on the company's own site.
Mailboxes
- 12 Week 1
- 25 Week 2
- 40 Week 3
- 50 Week 4 on
Week 4 on is up to 50 per mailbox while it stays healthy. Starter includes 3 mailboxes, Growth 10. Your plan's monthly emails still apply.
Six checks before every email leaves.
Not a weekly report after the damage. Hailyo checks right before each send, and an email that fails is held with the reason. It's never sent anyway, and never dropped without telling you.
-
The address is worth sending to
Each address has a status you can see, checked in the last 14 days. Older than that, Hailyo checks it again before the first send, at no cost to you. Unsubscribed and bounced addresses are never emailed again.

You're not on a blocklist
Your domain, your mailbox and every link in the email are checked against the lists inbox providers use. Hailyo also re-checks your domain every 12 hours. A listing shows on the domain's health score, with the fix.

It fits today's safe pace
No warmup network and no borrowed reputation. Each new mailbox starts with real emails and builds up by itself over three weeks, slowing down on bounces or spam. Sends are spaced out, capped per inbox provider, and go during the lead's working hours. Once a sequence has sent 200 emails, it pauses itself if 2% of them bounce.

“Approve before every send” is on for every step by default. Review a day's drafts in minutes with the keyboard: J and K to move, A to approve, E to edit, S to skip. On Autopilot you say yes once, after reading its sample emails.

Autopilot runs the whole loop.
Set up one or several per offer. It picks the next idea, finds leads, writes and checks each email, uses the day's full capacity and, if you allow it, answers replies. A draft that fails a check is rewritten or dropped. It tests what gets replies and uses more of what works.
You read sample emails and a sample reply first, set a monthly limit, and agree that it sends without asking each time.
It stops itself on
- 3 hard bounces in the latest 50 emails
- Any spam complaint
- A paused mailbox
- 3 failed drafts in the latest 20
- Your monthly limit
- Checks that can't run
- 06:10 Waiting leads were running low, so it searched its best idea 41 new leads
- 09:02 Started today's emails, spread across your mailboxes capacity 80
- 10:37 A draft failed the offer check, was rewritten, and passed every check again sent
- 11:48 Another draft failed twice more after rewriting lead skipped
- 13:15 Ana asked about the minimum order. Answered from your offer AI reply on
- 15:22 Rui asked to talk next week. Handed to you clear interest
- 17:00 Latest 50 emails: 0 hard bounces, 0 complaints still running
Autopilot is running on our own businesses first, and opens to customers workspace by workspace. It needs a paid plan and isn't part of the Test Drive.
Ask about accessEvery reply sorted. Every win traced.
Interested, wants a meeting, question, not now, not interested: replies arrive labelled. Out-of-office replies push the next step back, and unsubscribes and bounces stop the sequence.
Meetings booked through your Calendly or Cal.com link and a unique voucher code per lead land on the same ledger as the email that earned them, so revenue isn't a guess.

Three things to know before you pay.
- What you pay
- $1 for a 30-day Test Drive with 100 leads. Then Starter at $49/month for 250 leads, or Growth at $99 for 600. A search that finds nobody costs nothing, and a hard-to-find lead counts as more than one only if you turned that on.
- See pricing
- What if it bounces
- A lead you were charged for that hard-bounces on its first send comes back, on your ledger, without you asking. In your first paid month, if more than 3% bounce (at least 50 sent), ask and we refund the month.
- The exact terms
- How to cancel
- Online, in Settings, any time. No call, no email to support. We remind you 7 days before the Test Drive renews. Leads you found are yours to export, even after you leave.
Who Hailyo isn't for.
Saying it now saves us both a month.
- Agencies sending thousands a day. A mailbox here tops out at 50 a day.
- Anyone who wants a warmup network. We don't swap emails with a pool of strangers' inboxes to look busy.
- Anyone who needs meetings guaranteed. We can promise the work and show every step of it. Replies depend on your offer and your market.
- Founders doing their own outbound who want it off their plate and a domain that's still healthy next quarter.
