    Every address is checked and every lead shows its status, so you know what you bought. If a lead you were charged for hard-bounces on its first send, it comes back.

  2. A domain worn down by borrowed reputation

    No warmup network. Hailyo sends only from your own mailboxes, builds up by itself, checks every email before it leaves, and pauses itself when bounces climb.

Every claim carries its conditions.
If a promise has a limit, the limit is printed next to it, not three clicks away.
Show the mechanism, not adjectives.
An email status, a list of checks, a ledger line. You can read what happened instead of trusting a word like “premium”.
Plain words first.
The technical detail is one level down for anyone who wants it, never in the way of anyone who doesn't.
Never create the surprise we sell against.
No hidden renewals, no vanishing leads at the end of a cycle, no cancellation by phone call.
Use it ourselves first.
Autopilot runs on our own businesses before it opens to anyone else, so the mistakes it makes in its first weeks are ours.

What Hailyo won't do

  • Sell your data, or email your leads for our own marketing.
  • Swap emails with a pool of strangers' inboxes to make yours look busy.
  • Send an email you didn't approve, unless you switch approval off for a step or start an Autopilot.
  • Renew anything without telling you first.
